The large south facing open plan living/dining area overlooks Youngs Park. The comtemporary kitchen has an integrated cooker, hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, slow cooker, and various other small appliances.
The large lounge area has a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, digital television, DVD player, Hi-Fi System, coffee table, various games, books and CDs. The apartment is carpeted throughout.
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and flat screen TV.
The en-suite shower room has a shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and single bed (with pull-out bed underneath), and can accommodate 4 guests.
It is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.
There is a separate shower cubicle with heated towel rail, and separate wc with wash basin. Towels and bedding are supplied. Beds are made for your arrival.

Bedroom 1 en-suite with shower toilet and wash hand basin, and has a double bed. Bedroom 2 en-suite with shower, toilet and wash hand basin, and has bunk beds and a full size single pull out bed. Private south facing balcony.

The apartments occupy the whole upper floor of the building and access to the apartments are via two flights of stairs, one flight leading to the main front entrance, and a further flight to the upstairs apartment.
Parking is unlimited in the road and there is allocated parking to the rear with access from Youngs Park Lane.
