Braeside Mews is a 5 minute walk from Paignton Harbour where you will find a local convenience store.
A further 5 minutes walk and you will reach the centre of Paignton where you will find restaurants, shops, cinema, and bus station. Opposite the bus station is the railway station and taxi rank.
The local area of Roundham is hilly and may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
The nearest shop mobility scheme is near the multi storey car park in Paignton, or the uncovered car park, next to the Council offices in Torquay.

Each property has one allocated parking space.

Number 2 is accessed by 1 step through the main door at the front of the property. The house is arranged over 3 floors and there are no guest bedrooms on the ground floor.

Number 3 and 4 are accessed at the rear of the property via a gently sloping walkway. There is one step at the entrance door.
Both properties are arranged over 3 floors with no guest bedrooms on the ground floor.

All bed linen and towels are provided for guests staying at Number 2.
Duvets and pillows are provided at Number 3 and 4, but guests are asked to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Cots and high chairs are offered free of charge at all properties.

Each property benefits from gas central heating, gas hob and electric oven. All costs are included in the tariff – there are no coin operated meters.

All properties have mains operated Heat and Smoke detectors and internal fire doors with smoke seal.

Number 2 has a patio area with hardwood furniture.
Number 3 and 4 have a balcony off of the lounge on the first floor.
There is a communal garden but the lawn area is sloping and is not suitable for recreational use.

No pets of any description are allowed.

A No Smoking Policy is in operation at all properties.

5 Grange Road

Is within 5 minutes walking distance of Goodrington Sands Beach.
Only a few minutes walk from the house are local convenience shops and a pub which offers excellent pub food.
Distance to Paignton town centre is 2 miles/20 minutes walk, or local bus stop100yards from the house. Bus calls at Paignton bus station where other bus transport is available to all areas including London & Heathrow. Opposite the bus station is the railway station and taxi rank.

Access to the front door of the house is via a number of steps and is not suitable for wheelchairs.
There are no guest bedrooms on the ground floor.
The house benefits from gas central heating and this is included in the tariff – there are no coin operated meters.

Duvets and pillow are provided but guests are asked to bring their own linen.

A cot and high chair is offered free of charge.

Outside are private gardens, the rear being level and South facing with patio furniture. There is also a Driveway for off road parking to the side of the property.

No pets of any description are allowed.

A No Smoking Policy is in operation.
