Meadowlands is a spacious detached family house situated on the outskirts of Paignton, in an area very popular with holidaymakers, and only 1 mile from the sea.  The house is ideally located only 15 minutes walk from the beach and Quay West Waterpark at Goodrington Sands, and with easy access to the rest of the English Riviera at Brixham and Torquay. There is a new family Beefeater restaurant located only 10 minutes walk away and convenient local shops and takeaways nearby. 

 

Ground Floor

The house benefits from a large outer porch and vestibule area leading to the other rooms and upstairs. Just off the hallway is a kids lounge and comes complete with TV/DVD .

Shower room with Mira Sport shower, basin and wc.

There is a large kitchen/diner with views over the rear garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave, and kenwood mixer. The adjoining utility room comes with fitted units, 2nd fridge and 2nd freezer and washing machine. The rear garden can be accessed from this room as well as the lounge.

The L-shaped loung/dining area has an open fireplace and comes equipped with a wall mounted 42 inch 3D Smart TV with built in wifi and internet access (not currently pictured). This room leads out to a rear conservatory inhabited with large twisting vines.

First Floor

The first floor has a Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, with views over the south-facing garden. A further bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, and views accross to Torquay. There are two large single bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other has a small single. There is a bathroom with bath, basin and wc and heated towel rail. Airing cupboard.

Outside

To the rear is a large enclosed south-facing garden where the sun reaches most of the garden throughout the day. The lawn offers a great space for the kids to play.There is a patio area in front of the kitchen which is ideal for barbeques and entertaining. This garden cannot easily be seen from neighbouring properties so it is perfect for relaxing in privacy.

At the front of the house is a driveway with 2 parking spaces and a front garden area.

Notes on Accommodation

We operate a no-smoking policy in the house.

We offer towels and bed linen for your stay.

The house is equipped with a travel cot, high chair and stair gate if required.

A Z-Bed can be provided to accommodate an 8th guest at a cost of £25pw. Bed linen is not provided for this bed.

Dogs are generally not allowed, however, in some circumstances it can be acceptable depending on the breed and arrangements. Please check before booking.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking, payable by cheque or BACS. The balance becomes due 6 weeks before the commencment of the holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is payable with the final balance and is returend within 2 weeks of departure.
