Mount Royal - 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4/5)
Mount Royal is set in an elevated position and enjoys spectacular sea views. The apartment is set in it’s own grounds in a recently converted detached house and occupies the upper floor. It is tastefully furnished throughout and has been rated 4 star by Visit Britain. The property overlooks Goodrington Beach and Youngs Park (a 10 minute walk away), and has it’s own private lawned garden with seating and barbecue area. It benefits from off street parking for 2 cars and small boat/water craft.
The lounge/dining room has amazing sea views and comprises 2 large 3 seater sofas, dining table and chairs, coffee table, and electric fire in fire surround. There is a television and DVD with full SKY package, hi-fi system, and Wifi internet connection.
The kitchen has an integrated ceramic hob and electric cooker with views out to sea and over the front garden It has a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and toaster etc.
The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have sea views and wall-mounted tv’s. Towels and linen are included, beds are made for your arrival. Duvets and pillows are feather and down, but if you prefer we have alternatives available (please advise when booking).
A separate single bed with sprung mattress can be provided for use in the lounge to accommodate a fifth guest. There is a shower room with wash hand basin, and separate toilet. In the shower is a fold down shower seat and handrails and the shower is a comfortable size.

The apartment is cleaned every Saturday.
Various games, books, and DVD’s are available as well as a Playstation 2.
Why not arrange for an internet shop to be delivered on day of arrival, please let owner know in advance.

Entry to the apartment is at the front of the property and vehicles can be bought right to the door. There are 3 wide front steps with a right hand handrail for those with restricted mobility. Into the hallway, there are 15 stairs to the upper floor and additional handrails are on the stairway.
