Ground floor
There is a large fully fitted kitchen with built in gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier. Doors leading onto the south facing rear garden. Family bathroom. Comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and DVD.
First floor
The Master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite facilities. There are two further bedrooms, one with a small double bed, and one with twin beds. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests are asked to bring their own linen.
Outside
Outside are private gardens, the rear being south facing with patio furniture.
There is a driveway for off-road parking.
A no smoking policy is in operation.
The house is family friendly and includes a cot and travel cot and high chair.
