Located in an enviable location only a few minutes walk to Goodrington beach.
Ground floor
There is a large, fully fitted kitchen/dining area with TV, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, washer/drier. Cloakroom.
First floor
Lounge with French doors leading onto the balcony, enjoying side-sea views of the beach. There is a sprung double bed-settee to sleep 2 guests if required. Family bathroom with bath.
Second floor
The Master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 has a full size single bed with mid-sleeper bunk above.
Duvets and pillows are provided but guests are asked to bring their own linen.
A travel cot and high chair is provided. A selection of videos, DVD’s, and board games are available.
There is an allocated parking space.
A no smoking policy is in operation.
