Located in an enviable location only a few minutes walk to Goodrington beach.
Ground floor
There is a large, fully fitted kitchen/dining area with TV, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washer/drier. Cloakroom.
First Floor
Lounge with French doors leading onto the balcony, enjoying
side-sea views
of the beach. There is a sprung double bed-settee to sleep 2 guests if required.
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Second floor
The Master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room and a single bed. We can provide a Z-bed (pictured) to enable the room to accommodate 2 guests if required.
Duvets and pillows are provided but guests are asked to bring their own linen.
A travel cot and high chair is available.
There is an allocated parking space.
A no smoking policy is in operation.
No pets of any description are allowed.
