Adjacent to the beach is Youngs Park with Boating Lake, Go-Karts and Quad Bikes. You will also find Quaywest waterpark, The Sea Shore Centre, and a family pub offering a good selection of food. From here you can walk along the South West Coast Path towards Paignton and Torquay in one direction, and Broadsands and Brixham in the other.
At Goodrington Station you can board the Paignton to Dartmouth steam train for a spectacular journey along the coast. Paignton Harbour is a ten minute stroll away and offers daily fishing and sightseeing boat trips around the bay, with visits to Torquay, Brixham and Dartmouth. There are a variety of pubs and restaurants along Paignton’s lively seafront, as well as crazy golf, a multiplex cinema, and pier.
